Individual Free Plan

• No tour conductors or local guides will be provided. Reservations for a travel package must be made by the morning two days before the tour. The voucher will be delivered to your hotel in Japan on the previous day of the tour.
• The tours include the hotel room charge.
• How to read the information on the tickets : Please confirm the information on your tickets before the start of your railway travel.

Some of the tickets are not the same as those shown above.

• How to use the trains : When entering or leaving the station, if the reverse side of your ticket is black, please insert it into the slot of the Automatic Ticket Gate. If not, please show it to station staff at the Ticket Gate.

	After using the Automatic Ticket Gate or showing your ticket to the station staff pass through the gate.
	You may need to show the ticket to the conductor on the train.
	Exit the gate by using the Automatic Ticket Gate or showing your ticket to the station staff.(Most tickets are collected by station staff except for japan Rail Passes and other multiuse Passes.)

Guided Tour Plan

• Customers staying in hotels that are designated as pick-up points will be picked up at the hotel by bus.
• Customers staying in hotels that are not designated as pick-up points and customers who will directly participate in the tour are requested to go to either the nearest pick-up point or the JTB Sunrise Tours desk at the Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal . You will be handed the voucher at Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal.
• The tours include the hotel room charge.
